Please note customer supplied venues must be authorised for suitability before confirming booking. Outdoor venues will be subject to suitable weather conditions and a 48hr notice period of cancellation will be given if severe weather is forecast as this can become uncomfortable and dangerous in the wet. This will be a very last resort though.
